In a beautiful valley, many tiny animals live peacefully together until one day a black ant discovers a fabulous treasure: a forgotten sugar bowl. Hidden inside is a little ladybird that has lost its family. The ants and the beetle become friends and set out to carry the sweet booty to their home hill. But a tribe of red ants is also after the sugar bowl. A foolhardy chase through flowery meadows, wild forests and raging rivers begins.
