Paris, a newspaper kiosk. Alexandra is a director, daughter, granddaughter and great-granddaughter of newsagents. She has come to help her mother and, as in an old childhood dream, plays shopkeeper. From this window on the street, she films with humour and tenderness the behind-the-scenes of the trade and the daily parade of customers. But the paper press and local shops are in crisis, and this little game turns out to be more complicated than expected...
